Maggie Bags is a skills-readiness, micro-enterprise where the Magdalene House residents and dedicated volunteers collaborate to produce beautifully crafted, one-of-a-kind bags. When you purchase a Maggie Bag, you directly support Stability First and our mission.

Our journey began when Susan Hobson, a passionate and skilled seamstress, partnered with the compassionate quilters from the Morgan County School house Quilters Guild. Inspired by the women at the Magdalene House, they set out to create something remarkable—a project that would empower these women, transforming their lives forever.
